| WhiteDove Ministries April 2005 E-Newsletter FROM: Paul Keith & Wanda Davis Shawn Bolz, & Bob Jones Greetings friends, We are living in momentous times. Rarely does a day go by without something significant taking place pointing to the great end-time scenario depicted in Scripture. We are at a “fullness of time” juncture of human history. Although there are sobering events transpiring that require grace and intercession, there are also encouraging signs pointing to a day of profound visitation. Many believers and fellowships are being spiritually positioned to advance the kingdom of Heaven in notable ways. Our primary objective is to reveal the Lord Jesus Christ to a lost and dark generation and demonstrate His victorious kingdom. We are admonished with the same commission given to the early disciples. God’s people are to proclaim that the kingdom of Heaven is at hand. As we go with this message we are to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the leper and cast out demons. (See Matthew 10: 7-8) Our fundamental objective can be no less. Several years ago the Lord revealed that the passing of Pope John Paul II would be a signpost in the timing of God to highlight the release of the spiritual weapons utilized in the Latter Rain healing revival of the '40s-'50s. We have shared this over the years through various verbal and written messages. Our present responsibility is to stand in the gap and call upon God’s grace to release the ministry of restoration. We are to recapture the promises and commissions of prior generations to be mingled with the fresh and new expressions of His heart. The prophet Isaiah spoke of a similar day in Israel’s history that corresponds to ours. The covenant people of God had their birthright plundered and their inheritance stolen by the enemy. He declared, But this is a people plundered and despoiled; all of them are trapped in caves, or are hidden away in prisons; they have become a prey with none to deliver them, and a spoil, with none to say, "Give them back” [restore]! Who among you will give ear to this? Who will give heed and listen hereafter? — Isaiah 42:22-23 We believe the Lord is looking for a body of people anointed with spiritual authority to bombard Heaven with the petition to restore our inheritance and plunder the enemy’s camp. We must retrieve every lost gift, anointing, commission and promise. There is a grace being given to us for this mandate. Lord help us in this endeavor! Blessings of peace and grace, Paul Keith and Wanda Davis and the WhiteDove Team Favor with God and Man by Paul Keith Davis There are several profoundly simple yet vitally important questions that we and others have been asking the Lord. 1. What are God's expectations of us? 2. What are our expectations for this generation? 3. What is the currency of Heaven? 4. How can we capture the attention of God? These are fair and justifiable Bible questions for which there are anointed and strategic Bible answers. King Solomon was one of the wisest and most anointed leaders ever to walk the face of the earth, with the single exception of Jesus. God’s Spirit in him outlined a key secret to success as a leader. It is the same one that will meet the Lord’s expectations and position us before Him to be used significantly in His blueprint. He said, Kindness and truth keep a king, and he hath supported by kindness his throne. Proverbs 20:28 YLT Kindness and truth are indispensable ingredients necessary in God’s formula to awaken this generation. The Holy Spirit has been punctuating this reality in recent days. If we embody and convey the Lord’s meekness we will also share in His power; if we share in His obedience we will also share is His resurrection. The Example of Moses As the leader of Israel, Moses, described in Scripture as the meekest man in the land, stood on the brink of inheriting long awaited promises. Nevertheless, to his credit, he was not satisfied to simply experience God's promises, he also longed for God's presence. This clearly implies the unwise ability to walk in our prophetic promises without the Lord’s presence. Furthermore Moses’ heart was not satisfied with the Lord’s promise and presence, he also desired to see His glory. These should also be our expectations and longings. As the Lord passed before Moses in His goodness, He declared, the Lord! the Lord! A God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving-kindness and truth, keeping mercy and loving-kindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but Who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children's children, to the third and fourth generation Exodus 34:6-7 (Amplified) It is the very nature of God to be filled with kindness and truth. Capturing God’s Attention On April 28, 1995 I had an instructional dream in which I was allowed to observe one of the prominent leaders of the Latter Rain Revival. In fact, he is the one credited with launching this incredible move of God for that generation. The Holy Spirit accomplished tremendous things through this humble man. Such notable miracles occurred that many historians believe the demonstration of God's Spirit through him was the greatest since the early church. Literally millions of people were impacted with the Lord’s salvation, healing and deliverance in his ministry and others the Lord touched through him. What was it in this man that captured the Lord’s attention? What qualities did he possess that qualified him for this important assignment and provided the currency of Heaven? Those are the questions I had asked prior to having the dream. As I watched this man speaking in the dream, I noticed something around his neck. It looked as though it was a leather string with a horseshoe shaped emblem attached to it that rested on his chest. Periodically, he would place the perfectly fitted figure in his mouth; it was as though it then became a part of him. When he did, incredible spiritual truth flowed out of him. In essence, whatever this emblem represented, it allowed him to be God’s mouthpiece on the earth. There are many such individuals who articulate God’s heart for a generation. It is the call of the church to be Heaven’s representation. We are ambassadors for Christ empowered with both anointing and authority to delegate His kingdom. There are essential qualities we can possess to amplify the level of empowerment that we convey. I intuitively knew the item around his neck symbolized the traits he possessed that provided one of the secrets to his success with God. I was then given Proverbs 3:3-4 to validate the dream’s spiritual application, stating, Do not let kindness and truth leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good repute in the sight of God and man. It was evident in the dream that the marriage between kindness and truth resident in him provided a platform for God’s anointing to flourish. He somehow shared in the Lord's nature, allowing him to be entrusted with tremendous spiritual power and authority. This is a currency of Heaven that will capture the Lord's attention; these attributes provide a forum for favor with both God and mankind. Kindness and Truth We are admonished by the spirit of wisdom to never forget kindness and truth. We are to wear them like a necklace around our necks and write them upon the tablet of our hearts. In so doing we will walk in a position of favor before God and man. Many people have authority with man but very little authority with God. Others have cultivated a vertical relationship with God but with limited avenues with mankind. The unfailing quality of kindness and truth provides both. We can stand in a position of authority with God and with man by cultivating these virtues. Something that is worn around the neck represents an insignia of great value. We often wear jewelry and other gems of prominent value to display them as tokens of our stature. The qualities of kindness and truth are to the worn around our neck to reflect their importance to us in our spiritual stature. In ancient times, it was formerly a custom for people to write things that were most sacred to them on pieces of parchment and wear them around their neck as a constant reminder of there personal value. Furthermore, kindness and truth are to be inscribed upon the tablet of our hearts. The heart of man is a reflection of his core existence. When something has been written upon our heart it transcribes into everything that we do. They are not the mere intellectual understanding of language or the mechanical repetition of words without regard to their meeting. Instead, they are intrinsic qualities that influence our very existence. All of our words and actions will then be galvanized with kindness and truth. Understanding Kindness and Truth Kindness as used in Proverbs 3:3-4 is taken from the Hebrew word checed. It is used 240 times in the Old Testament and is one of the most important in understanding the nature of God. It is often translated "mercy." It incorporates not only the attribute of kindness and mercy but also compassion and loyalty as part of its fundamental quality. As someone once said "kindness is free." The founding father William Penn is credited with saying, "I expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again." It doesn't cost to express kindness to an individual. It is an individual choice to pursue the nature of God. Furthermore, it is an essential attribute promised in God’s word that will characterize God’s end-time army. (See 2 Peter 1:4) The term “truth” comes from the root word emeth conveying the meaning of a true testimony. It also represents the qualities of faithfulness, reliability to one's word and stability. Truth is the seal of God. The Spirit of Truth will guide us into all truth and thereby eliminate all forms of deliberate falsehood and hypocrisy. Adorned in Holy Attire Kindness and truth are two forms of conduct promoted as essential moral qualities to gain favor before God and man. It is necessary for them to be embraced and cultivated for there to be the fullness of spiritual impartation necessary to carry God’s garments of salvation and power. The Holy Spirit through the Apostle Peter identifies a heart pleasing to the Lord saying, Do not let your adornment be merely outward arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. — 1 Peter 3:3-4 Although this passage was directed primarily to the women of his day, it also reflects the principal of internal adornment that is pleasing to God as opposed to emphasis on our external appearance. We are not merely to be adorned with external beauty but also the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable qualities of a gentle and quiet spirit. These, he tells us, are precious in the sight of God...they are the currency of Heaven. The Face of Jesus Will Be Seen By A Generation by Shawn Bolz Friends often ask me many questions about what I have seen in the revelations the Lord has gracious granted. The number one question is always, “What does Jesus look like.” This is my favorite question but the most complicated to answer. The reality is that Jesus doesn't look like anyone we have ever seen. The images of Him in most church portraits are so inaccurate that they are a shadow rather than a life-filled image. Most people would be quite surprised at the Lord's appearance. Jesus looks more like a middle easterner than a westerner. Some people in western culture might even be afraid of the rugged looking God-man who still has some characteristics of the Hebraic culture He came from over 2000 years ago. He can be seen in many ways, but there is one particular way that He wants to be seen: As He really is. He is rarely seen this way. Nevertheless, He has promised to reveal Himself to His trustworthy friends. Can anyone see the face of God and live? In Exodus 33-34 Moses encountered God the way He longed to be encountered. It was the original intention of God to reveal Himself in His fullness and abide with Moses. Moses was not, however, allowed to see the face of God lest he would die because of God's holiness. This was because the new covenant of the cross and the resurrection of our Beloved had not yet taken place. Man was not ready for fellowship with God according to the desires of His heart because of the fall. The forever memory I have of seeing Jesus was branded by one thing; I saw His face, His awesome face. It pleased the Lord for me to see Him for who He is and I gloried in His enjoyment of sharing Himself with me. There have never been words that could describe the mystery of love that happens between two who become one. But there I was, in one experiential moment with God. I was staring at Him. How can one describe His features when they are not summed up by appearance but by the quality of His Spirit, which radiates through His eyes, smile, and expressive eyebrows! I have never seen so much emotion captured in an expression as I did looking at Jesus. He wears His flesh, it does not wear Him. He knows how to look at His people with affection beyond what is humanly possible. Even in our fallen, broken bodies we do not understand the mystery of what is available when our heart, mind, and spirit work together. He would shine more brightly in us even in this broken state. The whole design of the kingdom plan of God centers on His desire for us to abide within Him forever. Can two people occupy one space? In heaven they can, and that is how we are seated within Him as one in heaven. There is an ecstasy in just looking upon Him, but there is no embrace on earth that can match stepping inside Him or Him inside us. God is Restoring Contemplative Prayer! There is a mystery in the oneness that we can somehow feel this side of eternity in ways other than revelatory encounters. He is offering it as a way of life. He wants to restore us to an abiding place where our spirit is associated with His affections and desires so that we are Spirit to Spirit. God is restoring meditation and contemplative prayer to the body so we can gaze upon Him. He knows the western church will only give His presence a few minutes right now, so He is going to begin to raise up forerunner messages about the life that calls from deep to deep. There are going to be centers raised up all around the world to counter the meditation centers of the eastern religions so that people can focus together upon the true God. Restoration unto Reformation Many people are already feeling the divine frustration and desperation which is a restoration of hunger. Matthew 5:6 says blessed are those who hunger and thirst. There is a mystery in hunger, but there is an end to its process. It is called fulfillment, and fulfillment comes in abiding with Jesus the way He longs for it according to John 17. As those who love Him, we will be undone and without satisfaction until He comes. But there is another place that is available within desperation. Psalm 36:8-9 says, They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights. We abide with Him by becoming one with the agenda and desires of His heart that leads us to feast from His abundance and drink from His river of delight, which is His nature. JoAnn McFatter wrote a song recently that she has been singing and now it has branded us. The main line is “One plus one is ONE.” The restoration of desperation to be fully possessed by our God doesn't just have its finish line in Heaven. He wants us to experience a measure of His fullness this side of eternity. He wants us to see what no one until the resurrection was allowed to see; His face shining upon us. If we have a heart like Isaiah in Isaiah 64:1 we will cry out “Oh that you would rend the heavens and come down!” But the reality is He will not open heavens to us unless we desire to see the central figure, the Son of Glory, Jesus. The Catholic Church There is going to be more controversy in Catholicism very soon. But more than tares exist in the catholic denomination. There is also wheat and God is about to bring back to the Catholic movement the expression of bridal longing for Jesus alone. Instead of thinking Mary is divine there is going to be an opening of eyes to see that she was a partaker of the divine nature of Christ, just as we are now invited to partake of according to 2 Peter 1:4. There is going to be a great conflict in the Catholic Church, but there will also be a release of true conviction unto intimacy. God is about to draw intersections between the catholic and protestant churches around the world which will not just be a political maneuver, but a strategic plan of heaven to bring the Revelation of Jesus forward worldwide. There will be a call to “come out of her My people.” Our mandate is to be joined to the Lord Jesus. The Face of Jesus Shining in a Generation There are tokens in every generation who have seen Jesus. The early church was a token generation where the whole Christian world of the day knew Jesus in an intimate way and had no other focus than the pursuit of this revelation. They were a token for us, and we are about to see what they longed to see. Even before Jesus returns He is going to shine His face upon many who will be changed by the virtue of one glance of His eyes. Then their face will shine like Moses as he came down from Mount Carmel. This is not just poetry or sentiment, but the reality of what is becoming more and more available. Moses served the sanctuary that was a type or shadow of what is in heaven (Hebrews 8:5). We get to be the sanctuary on earth of the abiding presence of God. It was God who longed to be face to face with Moses first; Moses just began to understand the nature of Him whom he loved. This is the same desire that is being birthed right now on earth; to see Him according to His desire--- Face to Face. Important Meeting We would like to share with you an upcoming meeting that we feel is of vital importance. In 1994, the Lord began to speak to us about the Gulf Coast. We published on our web site articles to reflect these revelations. We saw the initial introduction of that visitation through the outpouring that occurred at Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola. The revelations of 1994 emphasized that it would only begin in Pensacola and then move west into Mobile Bay. We have many written and spoken messages that highlight this prophetic perspective. We believe it is now time for the Lord to position a body of people along Mobile Bay to take God’s invitation to the next level. We are very encouraged to announce that our friend John Kilpatrick will be having a conference on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay June 7-10. Because of prior commitments I am unable to fully participate in the conference. However, I have arranged to be a part for the first day to simply show support to our brother in this endeavor and speak a blessing. We have felt since September that hurricane Ivan was a signpost for coastal Alabama. I believe the conference is very strategic and encourage anyone with interest to participate. Information can be obtained at: www.johnkilpatrick.org/gathering.htm Thank You-- From Bob Jones Bob has asked us to express his extreme gratitude for the many cards, letters, e-mails and tokens of love that you have shown since Viola went to be with the Lord. Although this has been a difficult season, Bob also recognizes that she is in the place of ultimate peace. That is the hope that we as Christians possess. Because of the Lord Jesus, death has no sting. Bob also recognizes that he is about to embark on an incredible spiritual journey with the Lord. He feels that most of his prior years have been in preparation for what is to come. That should also be the perspective that many of us in the body of Christ hold. Most of our prior years have been training ground for the great unfolding of God's Heavenly blueprint for the latter days.
